Radiator Supplementary

COD N-L101
weight: 0.630 kg

New-Line’s Supplementary model is mounted as an additional radiator to the main one (e.g.: R MAX, RS MAX, Big MAX, etc.). It serves to increase the overall effectiveness of engine cooling process in extreme climatic conditions.

Product Description

The horizontal and curved shape is ideal for installation directly behind the driver’s seat, to which it is attached using anti-vibration bolts.

The additional unit integrates the cooling system as follows: hot water exits the engine head and goes immediately into the additional radiator, which is the first step to lowering its temperature. This allows the main radiator, positioned immediately after the Supplementare, to reduce the temperature of the water, which the pump then pushes back into the engine, to a minimum.

The additional radiator achieves the utmost efficiency on medium-fast tracks, where the air-flow behind the seat back is undoubtedly greater and capable of reaching the radiator in greater quantities.

It originated, as the name suggests, with the advent of the OK classes in 2016. A compact, lighter radiator was needed that would marry the philosophy of the OK/OKJ classes, namely simplification in order to reduce the weight and costs of karts. New Line’s response to this requirement is called R-OK MAX.

weight: 0.345 kg

A pump machined from solid, made of aluminium, designed and produced to ensure an ideal flow of water when used in conjunction with New-Line Racing radiators. It features an internal rotor that is also machined from solid and made of aluminium. It differs from the R version thanks to the toothed pulley, which is specific to frames with a toothed belt (HTD) instead of O-Rings.
