Product Description

The BIG MAX radiator combines its typical generous size with the latest generation MAX radiator core which guarantees up to 10% increase in cooling capacity and up to 20% decrease in total weight. The reduction in weight becomes quite important for a radiator whose width (29 cm) is 5 cm greater than that of the RS MAX, a difference that increases up to 9 cm if we compare it to the R MAX.
The Big MAX was born from a specific need dictated by regulatory changes and the advent of the nowadays fairings for karts which, being wider than in the past, result in the radiator receiving less air compared to the past. New-Line Racing has tried to make up for this shortcoming by designing a radiator of increased cross-section, not so much in height, as in width. The rear deflector, which comes as standard, ensures a further optimization of air flows, by directing the hot air away from the rear tire and improve the outflow from the rear of the radiator. The water inlet and outlet benefit from a curved design to ensure that water flows through every tube of the radiator. In case of extreme weather conditions, the BIG MAX radiator can also be paired with the Supplementary model.

Made of aluminium and machined from solid, Big radiator supports have an overall width of 29 cm. Thanks to the telescopic structure, they allow the radiator to be positioned and tilted precisely. Unlike the Support radiator for OK-LIGHT / R-OK they are “Y-shaped” to ensure greater stability of the radiator.

It’s the simplest, lightest and most reliable solution to allow the driver to regulate the airflow through the radiator at any time. Made of materials resistant to petrol, oils and to the operating temperatures of the radiator itself, moves vertically thanks to a pulley system and is easy to install thanks to specific double ended screws.

A specific part for housing the water temperature probe (of any brand, thanks to its standard thread), it features an inner diameter equal to and not less than the internal diameter of the silicone tubes themselves, so as not to impede the flow of water.

A pump machined from solid, made of aluminium, designed and produced to ensure an ideal flow of water when used in conjunction with New-Line Racing radiators. It features an internal rotor that is also machined from solid and made of aluminium. It differs from the R version thanks to the toothed pulley, which is specific to frames with a toothed belt (HTD) instead of O-Rings.
