The OK-LIGHT radiator was designed for the OK and OK-Junior classes. The radiant mass was designed to allow proper cooling of the OK / OK-J single-speed engine.
Thanks to its weight of only 1.200 kg and its small dimensions, the OK-LIGHT MAX radiator is the best choice for the OK-Junior and OK categories, which by regulation have a minimum overall weight of only 145 kg.
The well-renowned R radiator now features the new MAX radiator core, which allows to increase the cooling capacity up to 10% and to decrease the total weight up to 20%.
It originated, as the name suggests, with the advent of the OK classes in 2016. A compact, lighter radiator was needed that would marry the philosophy of the OK/OKJ classes, namely simplification in order to reduce the weight and costs of karts. New Line’s response to this requirement is called R-OK.
The precursor of all New-Line Racing production. Indeed, the R was the first model produced by the Italian company in the now distant 1998 and is still one of its top selling products. It immediately established New-Line Racing’s production guidelines: quality and the utmost attention to detail.
The RS MAX radiator is the ideal choice for shifter classes: its larger size compared to the R model, combined with the new MAX radiator core, make sure that even engines that operate at high temperatures can be cooled properly.
It is an evolution of the R model, compared to which it is wider (+ 4 cm). That is why it is favoured in the shifter classes, precisely because the characteristic of the engines is that they heat up more than non-shifters. However, in non-shifter classes, it is used by those in search of top performance.
A model based on the RS model, but specific for use combined with Honda shifter engines, which are widely used in the United States of America.
The CORSA radiator is developed to take advantage of the new MAX radiator core. Compared to the standard core, the MAX increases the cooling capacity up to 10% and allows, for a given size, up to 20% decrease in total weight.
Based on the RS model, the RS-V features the “V-shaped” arrangement of the cooling cores.
The overall front width is still 24 cm, but the surface area of the cooling cores exposed to the air is slightly greater.
The BIG MAX radiator combines its typical generous size with the latest generation MAX radiator core which guarantees up to 10% increase in cooling capacity and up to 20% decrease in total weight.
